David Dawsey is an experienced intellectual property attorney specializing in the prosecution and litigation of domestic and foreign patents, trademarks, and copyright. David is one of the few patent attorneys that is also a registered Professional Engineer. In addition to his legal and engineering education, David has also earned an MBA degree. This multifaceted education gives David a unique perspective on patent valuation, business method patent applications, and patent infringement damages. As a patent lawyer David has experience drafting mechanical patents, electrical patents, electromechanical patents, computer patents (hardware and software), and biomedical technology patents.
